Hello Folks,
The year has started out very busy with lots of new opportunities. I’ve been engaged in trying to determine how to fit everything into my schedule.
Today, I’m happy to announce that I’ve started to write for the Times of Israel. My first blog post was published today.
It’s news about what’s happening in the Israel-Hamas War, an introduction to what we do at PEACE with Penny, and why I created PEACE with Penny since I’m almost 7500 miles away from the action. I’ll be mostly writing about the terrific Peace organizations that we speak with, but I’m sure a bit of reflection about Jewish experiences and finding Peace within will probably pop up on occasion. We might change a few things and alternate the TOI blogs with PEACE with Penny interviews. If anyone knows how to be at more than one place at a time, let me in on the secret.
We’re also discussing holding a Peace Seder in Orange County, as well as in Israel, New York, and online, utilizing a new Peace Haggadah we’ve been writing in concert with Interfaith, Israeli, and Palestinian writers who are also Peace activists. I’ll keep you posted.
If you missed our 3rd Anniversary special, check out the video. It’s a celebration of love for the Peacemakers, the people, and the land. Let me know what you think of the new blog or the anniversary special if you are interested in the Peace Seder, or just want to say hi at: Penny@PennySTee.com
May You Live in Peace, שלום and سلام
